　県をまたぐ外出が解除されましたが、山小屋もまだ空いてないので尾瀬には行かず来月入山の予定です。その前に足慣らしに高尾山をちょっと散歩。ちょっとというわりには筋肉痛になったりとまだまだ身体が出来てないようです。散策の後は時間を潰して山麓でみられるというホタルを見てきましたが、昨年の豪雨の影響で川岸が大きく削られたり荒れてしまった影響が大きく数年前に沢山みれたのとくらべると10分の1くらいと少しだけでしたが、ゲンジボタルなので数匹だけでも楽しめました。

↓↓　雲が多く蒸し暑い高尾山でした。人も増えているので、出来るだけ1号路は避けました。

↓↓　写真前後しますが先にホタルの写真です。　木が茂った沢沿いをふわふわと光りながら幻想的です。

↓↓　これが一番近くで端で暮れましたね。　川のすぐそばには民家もありこんなところで見られるのは素晴らしい環境ですね。ギャラリーも入れ替わり立ち替わり来ていました。

↓↓　ギンリョウソウ。尾瀬では大量に出ますが、高尾山では希少です。

↓↓　もう終わってるかと思いましたが、綺麗なムヨウランが残ってました。5年ぶりに咲いたという紫色のムヨウランはあちこち廻りましたが見つからず・・・(>_<)

もうホタルが飛ぶ時期なんですね。予定と天気と噛み合わず、なかなか山歩きの再開もままなりません。筋肉痛は来ても１週ほど遅れそう‥　痛む筋肉があるだけマシ？（笑）

　ここ数年高尾山ごときで筋肉痛になった記憶がないので困ったもんです。　ふくらはぎの筋肉が柔らかくなってるのでこのあたりが弱いみたいです。来週末のテント尾瀬が思いやられます・・・

Cousins drug charge to be dropped lawyer tells Fox News


RUBIO has now been charged with one count of filing false tax returns to evade state and federal taxes for failing to disclose $8 million in income from his business interest.


Sugar Land-based Sugar Land Entertainment Group LLC, the second largest entertainment business in the world, was a subsidiary of the former United States Sugar Corporation. The former United States Sugar Corporation was dissolved in 2008.

Court documents filed on Tuesday show that Rudy Giuliani's now-defunct law firm paid $250,000 to a Sugar Land resident to persuade that resident not to pursue tax-related criminal charges against him.

Fellow lawyer Robert Bensoussan has been assigned to represent Rudy Giuliani in New York state courts on one count of filing false tax returns, but it is not clear whether he will attempt to defend him in all cases filed against him in New York City.


In his complaint, Bensoussan's lawyers said Rudy did not know he was paying Bensoussan to oppose the tax fraud charges when he paid to represent him in 2012 on a tax fraud matter.


The filing was prompted when Bensoussan, who was representing the former United States Sugar Corporation, failed to disclose the $8 million in income that had come from Rudy's business interest, The New York Post reports, citing sources close to the lawsuit.


On Tuesday, the New York City attorney who handles lawsuits to recover money owed to the city by the residents of New York's Big Apple said he was considering filing a federal tax suit against Rudy.


Attorney David Cohen said he has not filed any federal tax suits since he was appointed in late 2009.

New Jersey, where Rudy Giuliani first gained national attention as Rudy Giuliani for America's presidential campaign, has become infamous for the hundreds of millions of dollars in losses it has incurred.


New Jersey Attorney General Chris Porrino has been the most aggressive in his fight with the federal government over its handling of the Big Apple's taxpayer problems.


At a Manhattan news conference in August, Porrino accused the United States Department of Justice and US Attorneys across the country of failing to enforce tax laws.


Porrino's office filed an action against US attorneys in March 2011 to seek $15million from the government. A federal judge in New Jersey then denied the request for monetary relief, the Post reports.


As a result, Porrino has started suing the federal government in New York City, New Jersey, Maryland, Pennsylvania and Virginia, and in state courts nationwide.

Wanderers to face st marys in grand final

The Wanderers are determined to finish the season in front of 20,000 fans, their home crowd having had more than 70 per cent participation in the club's recent derby victories.

After the loss to Westfield United, which meant they have missed out on promotion into the Premier League, Wanderers boss Peterborough boss Mickael Tavares believes his team will not be beaten by West Ham United on Saturday evening.

But the visitors, playing the club known as the 'Wanderers in the shade', will be aware of the home side's strengths.

Possibly the most experienced midfielder in the division at the age of 36, former Wigan midfielder Steve Nzonzi will look to build on last season's impressive display, when he earned the club's sole goal of the season.

"We knew West Ham have really good defensive players so we can use our own goal," Tavares said. "Last season we scored our first goal but they had to play with 4-4-2-1.

"We wanted to use the full strength of those players, there are always chances but we're a strong team.

"We know that I have to work well with our keeper and get him back up the pitch. I will show my experience to him this evening but we will give our fans the opportunity to win."

The Wanderers will be without defender Ben Reeves and defender Matt Pickering after sustaining serious injuries against West Ham in January.

For Wanderers boss Mickael Tavares, West Ham United are without their two best players in their defence, in particular Nathan Ake and Ben Reeves.

Tavares will be hoping to add more cover in defence by using Picket, a 24-year-old winger who can play at full-back as well as centre-forward.

The club have enjoyed a recent spate of injuries to their defence this term, but their impressive defensive record should remain.

Nathan Ake is still recovering from his calf injury, after having surgery this month, and could be back in action within days. Ben Reeves suffered an injury in training that did not seem serious, but will be out of action for some time.

With Jack Hererley and Ben Foden sidelined, the squad faces an uphill struggle to cope with the pressure.

Despite the heavy burden of having the best defence in the division, Newcastle Jets coach Jason Taylor believes they have the skills to make the trip to Milton Keynes.

"I think we've got a very talented team. Nathan Ake is a tremendous player who's on the pace of the game and has come into his own this year," Taylor said.
